Hi guys. I am a complete novice at photoshop, but have been asked to create a logo for an aerobics company.
I have already made a prototype of sorts for the logo, but ideally I would have liked to create 3D streaks instead of the current orange peel like thing I have going on.
I tried to follow this tutorial:

but it doesn't work out.
This is the logo I already have done:
If possible, could I have the 3D streaks in a medium to light blue colour and the silhoutte of the woman in the middle (in black).
