Hello, sorry if its not the correct place to do this question, but, I have Adobe CS4 extended, and in the past my panel 3D to convert an image in 3D its working... but yesterday when I update my program, my panel of 3D its not availabe !
Just see all the features in this panel, but still in gray color, but I can click on them because like its disability...
in the past when I use the 3D comand, I have a message ( I dont remember exactly ) your graphic card its not meet the requeriments but the program use your ... I dont know more ... but the 3D still working and functionally...
but today I cant access to this feature.... please any help on this ?

Check your preferences, I had an update the other day and afterwards everything was reset to the factory default. Open GL is off by default under performance. |

I open "preferences" and then go to performance but the GL its deshability, because its on grey color and I cant click on them... ???
ok, I know why... I need to update my graphics card drivers, or change for another acceleration graphic card... ufffff !!!
maybe I need unistall this adobe update and then reinstall my original program...
