i have this image of a tree that is attached.
how can i get rid of or delete the white space without using the polygonal lasso tool to go between each of the leaves?
i am using photoshop CS2 on a Windows Vista Machine.

Magic eraser tool. click on the white, and it should delete all the white.

is there a way to delete the white without using the lasso, magic wand or eraser tools so that i can get each leaf without any white and spending too much time doing all that?

Just untick the "Contiguous" button and it will select all the white areas.
