Yea, I am trying to do a tutorial from good-tutorials which is supposed to make a weird swirl thing, but everytime that I get to a certain stage with the brush, weird dashed (sometimes white, sometimes violet, sometimes light blue) vertical lines appear on the page and they move to surround the brush.

If anyone has a clue what I'm talking about and knows how to fix it, please help.

Are you talking about moving lines (like marching ants?) or fixed lines? post a screencap and also the link to the tut so we can try it ourselves. Wayne

Might also want to post a link to the tutorial you are trying to do so that we can see exactly what's going on with it.
