First, I would leave the first scratch on your D: drive.
Set your secondary scratch to Startup, though.
60 MB is not really a large file, so I'm not sure why there would be a problem. If the file is 60 GB, that's the problem, you need an additional drive.
I would buy a 60-80G drive (internal, NOT USB) JUST for your PS2 scratch space.
You may also try setting the cache at 4 or 2. Cache affects PS's redraw rate - the bigger the file, the more a lower redraw rate will help in keeping resources available. _________________ LB |
