While launching Photoshop program freezes while scanning for plug-ins.Box appears saying Photoshop could not initialize because the file is locked.Use the PROPERTIES command in Windows Explorer to unlock file.I have no idea of how to do this.When I try to go there this is nothing that gives any hint at unlocking a file. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me......Thanks |

Sounds dodgy, I also can't find any 'unlock'...thinking re-install or maybe...just maybe....issue is with read/write authority in admin rights on the machine - is your user an administrator? |
