| Okay I've done that. It changed the settings when creating new files, but everything else with the brushes and the "open recent" tab are still messed up. Thank you though! | |

| First thing I would try is holding down Alt, Ctrl, and Shift when you start up Photoshop to reset all the settings to their defaults. When I hold down those keys, nothing seems to happen at all. I ... |
