Have you had any issues working with a tablet in photoshop?

I am SOOOO going to buy one of these this weekend. Circuit city is selling a 4x5 Wacom for $100. I'm ALL OVER IT! They sound sooooo cool, and it'd definately open doors for me as far as designing ... |
