For the effort of colour correcting and replacement I would choose another image of a strawberry, or if you took the shot, a better strawberry.

Welcome to the forum. The results you seek, will rarely be acceptable, I would guess. But yes an example or portion of the image is important.

Welcome to the forum jesstest. I have no 3D knowledge, but my instinct says that you have to Export>choose file format.....(.obj in your case) .

Ask your relation to scan it at different angles, so 180, 90, 45 etc and then you amalgamate the results in to one image and go from there. As for removing any continuous pattern residual in the image ...
