| Gig of ram, but will try disabling Norton. Task manager shows nothing alarming other than "not responding" when clicking on PSE3. Thanks for your help. CC |

| Whenever I try to resize a batch of photos using the "process multiple files" command, my computer freezes to the point of having to force a shutdown with the power button. Batch is only 4 photos. ... |
