Try changing RGB to Monitor RGB instead of sRGB.
Worked perfectly, thanks a ton. :) Now I can get back to work!

Did you try turning them off? When you reopen ps after shutting it down, the change should be clear..

Did you look at the color management setting?
Yeah, I played around with it (not really knowing what it does) and didn't see any improvement.

The colors in Photoshop seem to be out of whack.

Here is an example:

(In this case the PS image is how I *want* it to look)

The image on the right is me.jpg ...
