| Add a stroke and or bevel/emboss the text to give it more definition. It falls too much into the background. Maybe add some kind a a border to make it a little less plain? | |

| It really depends on what you wish to do IMO....CSS is good for placing certain elements where you want them (Such as placing web templates or elements thereof), but tables are better for setting mass ... | |
