This is something that would normally be a piece of cake, but the image that I want to replace the sky in contains complex palm trees, with the oversaturated sky seeping through the leaves - making it very hard to use a selection tool, or even manually removing background using the eraser. Blending is a disaster when attempted too - all the leaves end up lots thinner than should be. Does anyone have any suggestions please? I'm close to just removing the lot and using stock photos of palm trees, which I really don't want to do...Help please! |

On one software has a mask plugin that claims to solve that problem. It'll fix where hair is backlit with the background. Palm leaves should be no problem for it.
Otherwise, hr and hr of masking. |
