|

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to create the effect that you are looking down through rain? Its hard to describe what I'm talking about but there is an effect where if you're looking down through rain it seems to go toward a single point. I've tried adding rain then putting a zoom blur on it but that doesn't work too well.
Any ideas?
Sorry if that sounds vague.
Thanks for any help.

I think i know its like the old star field screen saver where your zooming towards a point in space.
1st change the colours to black and white.
Then add 'filter > noise > add noise'
Do to 'filter > blur > radial blur' and choose zoom not spin.
Then put a picture of a gray cloud on layer above and change its blend mode to multiply. |
