How do I get a cloud pic from my desktop into the sky of a photo open in CS3. Using a Mac.

System preferences/Desktop/
then find the image you want to use and where it is in your hd

and then open it in ps

Obviously the job isn't done yet, but Photoshop has more than the required necessities to allow you to single-out the clouds.
