Have you checked your video card and made sure it both updated and compatible? Have you checked the OpenGL settings and the like in 3D?
Reset your Preference file (not tools)? Ctrl+Alt+Shift (keep held) whilst opening PS. It should give you the option to delete Pref file, agree.
Oh and it could be just a bit of a dodgy update, have you tried making sure you are not the only one sharing the problem? Or update again (if you can).
