when opening a picture, raw or jpg, there is a problem showing the actuell file correctly.
the picturefile is divided in to some kind of mosaic.
see attachment
at the moment i am using a testversion on a pc
what is wrong? |

If you mean the trial version of CS4, try updating your video drivers. |

You should have a video (graphics) card in your computer, it's the drivers that. |

ok, i get it.
I have downloaded a trialversion of PS - CS4 for Windows Vista.
but I am having problems opening/using/working raw and jpg-files.
All files end up looking like a mosaic-picture! Old and new ones..
Using a stationary ACER aspire 5100 with no other problems regarding videodrivers or graphic performances.
How can I boost the computor to performe as i like it to do? |

I've seen some similar malformed images in files with corrupted data. I'd be curious to see if the image opens the same in another application or, if you were to download another image and save it too your computer, if it opened in Photoshop normally or not. |
