I've been using Photoshop 6.0 on this laptop with Windows 7 nearly every day for years, but yesterday it stopped opening images that I click on in a directory. It recognizes that I clicked on it because Photoshop opens, but the file doesn't. I've tried double-click, right click/open, and right click/open with... photoshop--none work.
It will still open images I drag and drop, or if I navigate through file/open menu.
I restarted the program, then the computer, neither solved the problem.
Oddly, it refused to "skew" yesterday, but is distorting as requested today.
Any thoughts?

Solved. I realized it was only having problems with pictures in one directory. I renamed the directory, and now they open just fine. I took a hyphen out of the directory name. But other directories have hyphens and the pictures open. Just weird, but no longer a problem. |

Why do you use the photoshop 7, there are cs version available in the market
