I have a client who are cropping and uploading my images to their new website. A lot of the images appear blurry. The person doing this is working on an Photoshop CS2. It seems to me that she's doing things correctly, but does anybody know if there is some sort of calculation generation difference from a CS2 to a CS5?

Have you tried to look at the files on PS2? What kind of tests have you done to know if she is doing it correctly or not?

I would hazard a guess that they are just over compressing your files. What size do they start out at and what size do they finish at?
