For the eys, I think it would work to paint or layer over them with Overlay In better words:
select your paintbrush, and put the mode to overlay. You'll need to use a very ow opacity. the effect will easily be overdone. Or, you could select the eye with the lasso or something, then make a new layer and fill the selection with the colour you want the eyes to be. then put the blending mode of thelayer to overlay. Once again, use very low opacity, about 10 to 15 maybe. You may want to apply a small blur to the layer so you don't get pixelated edges.

As for "fix the edges" I'm not sure what you mean. the shoulder looks a bit hard-edeges, but that can be easily fixed with the blur tool. I see no other problem.

well, if you're watching, you could get it to look like this in about 30 seconds. I think I've overdone the eyes.

You've done a better job on the eyes than I did. (you knew what colour they should be Big Grin )

In mine I blurred his shoulder a bit more with a large blur brush. I thought that the shirt was too in-focus. it really shouldn't be more in-focus than his face, since that is what you want as the focus of the image. Just a personal opinion.

excelent work, keep learnng, happy photoshopping.
I'll be off now, it's 1:00 in the morning (nearly) here.
