Add a stroke and or bevel/emboss the text to give it more definition. It falls too much into the background. Maybe add some kind a a border to make it a little less plain?

The blending is beautiful.
but maybe your text and character could stand out a lil more... Sharpen it up a bit. Maybe a diff. font

pretty cool  , it all looks nice, but the background looks empty a little bland, the font should be a diffrent color, and the bevel should be at a lower setting, the render looks a bit morphed, to keep the proportions of an image while transforming it hold shift while in free transform, besides that, it's very cool, keep it up.
