I need to get green eyes to the picture, but I donīt know how to do it.
Can somebody help?

I would open an empty layer above the original, change the new layer mode to darken. Then a medium brush set to mode color, then pick the shade of green you want and paint the eye...then lower opacity of the green paint layer.
The idea being the black of the iris, eye lashes etc.. will stay black while the rest will turn green.
