So I posted in another thread about pictures that were cropped what seemed like automatically, but when I went to load these photos, they show up as they should in the preview section until I hit load, then it's like most of the photo is cropped away. I've tried screen shotting the small photo and attempting to enlarge it but it just makes it look slightly distorted and grainy. Its a pair of photos I took as well that I want all of it to show. Basically I would love if someone can tell me how to fix my problem or if need be I could send you the photos if you wanted to just fix them yourself. Be warmed that 2 of them are adult in nature(not porn but a women's naked body is visible) so keep that in mind. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

You haven't been specific enough about what you've actually done. What "preview section" do you mean - bridge? windows? photoshop>file open? Also what do you mean when you say "I hit load" - are you talking about file>open within photoshop?

We can only assume you're talking about Photoshop. Try opening your photo in another application, such as a web browser or word processor. What does the photo look like then?

Well I've tried opening it in just about every program. When I hit load on adobe reader or photogallery before it actually loads it up it gives me a preview on the right, above open. That preview shows significantly more of the photo

Do you have Adobe Photoshop installed?

Yes but when I open it in there as well it does the same thing. Preview shows the picture I took and the actual opened photo only shows a 1/3 of the overall photo. I can take an SS of the preview and enlarge it but then the photo quality goes way down and I'm not sure how to fix the blur/grainy effect

hi,

been trying to understand...

i am going to make a couple guesses on what i think might be happening...
1. i think your display settings are incorrect for opening in ps, although i can find it in my version of ps... need to keep on lloking... anyway..
normall if images are larger than the ps display window then ps will automatically zoom the image to where the whole image can be displayerd...

2. first when you open the image in ps, do you get the scroll bars on the bottom and/or the side where you can navage around the picture are or use then hand tool to do it.....?? also you can use your zoom tool increase or dease to where you can see the whole image...

There's no navigate bars. I can send you the image or images to make it more clear if you have an email available

I would greatly appreciate any help given. Again, more than willing to send the photos to anyone able to restore them to their actual size/content. Please feel free to message me or post
