Hello everyone,am learning photoshop, i was told to draw this bottle by my teacher,as u can see the outline is almost done, i really need help to draw that effect (which i have circled)......my teacher told me to use many layers with colour brushes, then decreasing its opacity and fill also using smudge tool combinig with burn and dodge........am just confused could any one really guide me ...plz
