I tried to apply gradient to the text but it is not working.It is coming like a line but it is not applying to text.
please tell me how to apply gradient to text and how to make effects using gradient.

Have you selected the text before applying the gradient?

Target your text layer, then go Layer>Layer Styles>Gradient Overlay. (or click on the little “f” in the black circle at the bottom of the layers palette.)
You can choose all gradient attributes and color from the styles dialog. Layer styles are completely editable; you can go back any time to make changes.
A good book on PS would also help out a lot, radhekrishna. |
