I need a free pack of mac filters for CS3, preferably ones that add different types of "noise" to the image, or make it look worn down. I don't know how I did it, but I somehow did this to an image, (see attachment) the color was a solid blue/black before. If you can't think of any free filter packs, I would love to hear some techniques.
