does anyone use it ? i've used it on PS7 but now i've biought PSCS and i can't remember how it works.
see on the pic? i just won't let me apply the filter
can anyone help with this?

i dunno bu ti can throw out a wild guess, it might be a background layer, i dobut htats it but thats alli can think of real quick

Change the colour space from Indexed (GIF) to RGB

Ahh I see now, you probably are working in RGB, you just saved the picture for the web as a GIF. Perhaps it is because the filter is now out of date with the new upgrade (not what you want to hear I know).
I can only suggest contacting the author to see if this is the reason, failing that I would make my own action.
