Hi im a serioius photoshop n00b and i need some help, wheni creat a new image I cannot use any of the tools because it says that the layer is locked, how do I dissable this?
and what is a good site for basic tutorials? |

Select the layer you want to unlock and right above the layer things theres 4 buttons, hit the 4th one (maybe its 3rd, try both) |

on the layers selection box double click where it says background and it will make it an editable layer  |
