Hey all.
I'm just wondering how the fuzzy glow effect was acheived in this image...
It doesn't seem like ramped up gamma/brightness, but rather like some sort of post processing. However the person mentioned using layers to gain the effect.
However I happen to be rather abismal with Photoshop, so I couldn't make heads or tails of how. Any help is greatly appreciated |

start off: duplicate the layer, filter blur gausion blur, and set it at about 1 or less depending on how big the image is, then set the layer's blednign mode to "lighten" _________________ http://i337m1k3.deviantart.com for my ART Profile. |

or you could use curves to blow out the white areas. thats what i do sometimes if i want a more modern look to an image |
