Today i designed a logo - but when I used Bevels in it - and used it with higher size, Chiesel Soft it adds a very rough effect and not perfect or not good finishing
similarly when using stroke from Blending Options, the stroke added is not fine quality - its rough, can we improve this quality - where are the top quality images then produced - how to achieve the same quality level in photoshop please elaborate.

You cannot up scale an image without horrid artefact gain or as you found out jagged aliased edges.
You could use Paths to create a smooth effect or redo the piece to the right size in the first place.
Unless some other folk know 'owt different.
PS seeing your logo would help if you could show it.

You should be working the opposite way. Make the logo much larger than you need then reduce the size.

Ok I am attaching the logo for the better understanding of experts
Actually its the stroke which gets ugly - and the bevel when applied Chiesel Soft / Hard mode.
