I use CS3 but it should be the same.
The site you linked to indicates they are jpg files. The files need to be in psd format, open them in PS and save them as psd files. Then go to Filters, Texture, Texturizer and click the flyout menu, then Load Texture and browse to the psd file you want. |

I cant. It wont let me open it in Photoshop.
