Okay on PSP, there a button I pushed that said Add border and you picked the pixels. I am sooo lost with PS. I have PS7 and I can't figure it out, can anyone help me please  |

) still in the layer style window change the blend mode - the first option in the styles list you see here - you see ive picked linear burn as its works with the background nicely - this effect is layer interactive - ie - it interacts with the layer underneath it (IMG:style_emoticons/ipb/smile.gif) as you see Below
