Hi Guys!
I have a Picture of a Skateboarder.... and I want to make it look like the image I uploaded to this post. Can anyone Please tell me how do i do it? or if you guys know of any website that has a tutorial.. PLEASE let me know?.

ya you could do it using the quick mask tool... just make aselection of the skater and then fill it with whti eon a blue bakcground

i figured something out!/ remmebered could go select-color range and that might or mess with the levels... sorry so scattered in answers
