ive been trying to photoshop rims but i suck at it. can somebody please give me a sample. can somebody make the spokes white and leave the lip of the rim chrome.

Thank you sir, I was going to try and put an enamel look but it loses to much definition. That should give him an idea. |

you're right .... trying to take something chrome/shiney and give it an enamel look (and vice versa) loses a lot in the change!
