I want to edit a photo and add a twinkle, or splatter effect to an image sometimes you see it in an image as a sparkle in there smile.
Useing cs 5

Welcome to the forum. All you need to do is look through the brushes/presets that come with Photoshop or better still install this brush pack, it's free and should give the effect you want.

Thanks for the reply, I downloaded the bling link to cs5 couldn't find the zip file in cs 5 but, I did take your advice and found what I was looking for in my brushes. |
