There are probably a ton of ways to do this, but the way I like to resize objects in the document is by using the free transform. To access this, make sure the object/layer is selected and hit "ctrl+T", or "cmd+T." A bounding box will appear letting you resize the object or image. Make sure to hold shift while dragging the corners in order restrain the proportions.
Other cool things you can do with the free transform:
Hold alt while you drag and it will expand from the center point. No matter which anchor you pull from (top, bottom, left, right, or corners)
Hold cmd or ctrl while clicking a corner and you can distort it.
There are some other things, but that should get you started. _________________ www.kg-studios.com |

Hey,
helcyon is correct, Free Transform will do the trick. In case CTRL+T isn't working you can always find 'Free Transform' under the EDIT Tab at the top of the program. I would suggest holding down alt while resizing your picture to keep it in proportion. _________________ Free Photoshop Video Tutorials
