Hallo,
I have a question and was wondering if anyone knows a good tutorial for how to make this logo? Also if anyone knows a good font to use for a logo like this I would be thankfull. Thank you in advance,

the liquify tool can do it so can spherize and polar co-ordinates if u do trial and error

Which ps version do you have? That will decide how to do this. (in cs you can bend your text like this, i'm not so sure you can in ps7)

no jokes, try MS word. it have effects like this, easy as pie. then just copy and paste into photoshop.

You can do it in PS as well.

Make your text, and there is a button "Create Warped Text" at the top when you have highlighted text. You'll find many options in there as to how you want to distort your text.

when you've got the shape you want, rightclick on the text layer and play with the blending options to get the effect you want.

This effect can easily be achieved in CorelDraw (Envelope) and exported as a bitamp then opened in PS

For the fonys you might try 'City' ttf
