Cs5 Download problem

Whenever i attempt to download Cs5, I get an error that says "Unable to save file: You do not have permission to download file to: "C:\where ever i try to save to" Please try a new location by pressing Retry

I run on windows XP, and I am a computer administrator.

I have tried several locations, I have tried temporarily disabling my firewall, any ad blocks, or pop up blocks with no success.

Any help would be appreciated.
