i got a very weird issue, i can paint any color with pencils, gradiends, atc..., but somehow i cant paint with the brush, i mean, i choose red then start painting but noticed it only paints in white, then tried to inverse the colors or change them but still paint in white, got adobe gamma done and RGB Mode done, and it still dont work.

help me out.

Maybe you are using the History Brush tool?

Check your not working on a layer mask, then check your using the brush tool (not the history brush) then check it's in normal mode at 100% opacity and flow (see pic). If that doesn't work post a screen cap, maybe we can see whats happening then? Wayne
