Hey there !
I'm looking for a Photoshop expert but I'm not sure if it is possible. I have been to New York a few months ago. My girlfriend and I went on a picture with Carly Rae Japson after a musical, but as you can see the picture is moved... Too bad that there was no time to make a new one.
My question is:
Is it possible to get it stable again or at least not as it is now. The sharper, the better of course. And what does that costs me?
Thanks a lot in front if you want to help me with making this memory a better visible one.

I agree with hawkeye. there is no room for movement with this image (no pun intended).
