The graphic card is GeForce 7300 LE that I had swapped from a 7600 GT. The operating system is Windows XP. The 7600 for some reason stoped working so for now Im using the 7300 but I had not updated it ...

Ok thanks guys. I fixed the problem. Apparently all I had to do was update the drives for my video card. Thanks again.

Thanks for the help so far. I looked into what jerryb4417 said. Although I wasn't able to figure out how to fix my problem. I have posted the question there too. Hopefully they'll answer.
