Click Start->Settings->Control Panel. Open the "Fonts" directory in the Control Panel window. Drag and drop "YOUR Font.tff" into the Fonts directory. Restart (or start) Photoshop.

should work alright sometimes you have to unzip a folder to get the tff. I just googled it to refresh my memory and a few links came up, just have a look if it doesnt work

If you have a lot of fonts I would either invest/download a font manager, that way you can selectively load in groups of fonts, keeping Photoshop mean and lean in the process. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

If anyone can recommend a font manager which works well under windows 7, let me know. My old AMP Font viewer still works great for viewing fonts, but I need to install/uninstall them manually since I upgraded to Windows 7 (which isn't too bad really because fonts are really easy in Windows 7).

On my system, I find that simply right clicking the font file gives me an install option. And that the font is then available in Photoshop without a restart. |

I use suitcase, (pay proggie) but it's more of a hangover from XP days and the like, however I like it a lot, it's pretty configurable and does what I need. I used to use Adobe font manager and was perfectly happy, but I stopped using it when it became no longer supported.

I can't reccomend good freebies (although I bet they exist). So I guess I have been a fat lot of help _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

Something to remember also....when you add new fonts to PS and if PS gets funky on you might have added a corrupt font that PS not approves of. If this happens then start deleting the new fonts until you find the one that has made PS go boinkers. |
