Hi. Im fairly new to photoshop and been looking to ahieve this certain "pencil" look for my borders. (Like the ones in the http://ok.cogaoke.com/ websites. Also, how can I get that "ripped" effect you see when you go from the dark blue the light blue??

Thanks in advance.

hey try some thick Stroke FX for the 'pencil look'
ripped effect is probably a brush or a pattern
good luck
