Hey! i am new to the Adobe Photoshop 7. i want to know how to use animation and frames on the pics.

wot! no tutorial to do ?
ok basically you need image ready, you can create your layers in either photoshop ( which is better) and then take it into image ready, or direct in IR.
IR will automatically convert your layers into frames, you can then fiddle with them till you get them how you want them, and save as an animated gif.
nb. you can also open animated gifs in IR so you can see how they were made up layer by layer, IR will auotmatically split the gif into frames, this is a really handy way to see how animated gifs are made, like all things, take it apart to see how it was put together.
