I was just playing around today when I read a "How To" located at http://www.good-tutorials.com/track/2280 that explains how to add Matrix like effects to your pictures...
Sure, the Matrix is old now - everyone and their brother has done SOMETHING Matrix-related, but I was bored, so I grabbed my sister-in-law's picture and had some fun with it:
